About me
Anne Hampson, MSW, RSW, is a therapist and co-founder of Pain Psychotherapy Canada and MBody Community, where she supports individuals healing from chronic neuroplastic pain and symptoms. In her work, Anne has witnessed significant symptom reduction in clients living with long-standing chronic pain and symptoms by focusing on nervous system safety, emotional awareness, and the brain-body connection. This approach also shaped her personal life. When her daughter was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder at age three, Anne began to see the same themes emerge at home: the importance of safety, emotional exploration, and making space for authenticity. What she practiced in therapy became the foundation of her parenting.
