Campbell Miller is a Mind-Body Coach, Mindfulness Trainer, and Somatic Movement Educator based in Bellingham, WA. At the heart of her approach is befriending body and mind. Campbell’s firsthand experience recovering from years of headaches, fatigue, and brain fog following a concussion, as well as a decade of chronic back pain, inspires her work helping others discover wellbeing.
With 25 years of experience teaching dance and movement, Campbell first studied Computer Science and Dance at Stanford University, served on the faculty at The University of Texas at Austin, and taught dance workshops internationally. Her path later evolved toward mindfulness and movement as healing arts, leading to certifications in Unified Mindfulness, Effortless Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Body-Mind Dancing.
She has taught mindfulness teacher trainings, facilitated meditation retreats, and currently leads mindfulness workshops and mentors mindfulness practitioners. She also teaches somatic movement classes for the Curable community, refugee women through the Center for Survivors of Torture, and people living with Parkinson's. In her coaching practice, she integrates Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), Mindfulness, and Somatic Movement to help clients reconnect with embodied safety and find freedom from neuroplastic symptoms.
