About me
Monica Lia Setti, M.Ed., is a Neuroplastic Symptom Recovery Coach, educator, and member of
the Coaches Advisory Council for the Association for the Treatment of Neuroplastic Symptoms
(ATNS). She also serves as a Board Member of the ATNS Oregon Chapter and is trained in
Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Emotional Awareness & Expression Therapy (EAET), the
Sarno x Sachs Solution, Mental Health First Aid, and is a Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher in
Training. Monica Lia has guest taught at the Freedom From Chronic Pain Retreat with Nicole
Sachs at the Omega Institute and has appeared on several podcasts discussing neuroplastic
healing and recovery. Her own recovery from a myriad of life-long chronic symptoms inspired
her to dedicate her work to supporting others on their recovery journeys.
Before becoming a coach, Monica Lia spent nearly 15 years in Special Education. She holds a
Master's degree in Special Education and brings a strong background in learning, behavior
change, and skill development to her coaching. She enjoys helping people better understand
neuroplastic symptoms and supporting them as they cultivate confidence, self-compassion, and
agency in their lives.
